Day 2 down, 28 more to go!

Let's start by saying I didn't want to get out of bed this morning, but once I did, I felt a little more awake than yesterday.

Breakfast was an omlette with mushrooms (no onion today, my students are grateful).  Energy level was at an all time low! I had meetings all morning and thankfully they wrapped up early which allowed for a 15 min power nap in my truck! I have NEVER done that before but boy am I grateful for those 15 minutes!! They were almost as good as a cup of coffee. ALMOST!
Lunch time, my favorite time of the day.  On the menu was leftover sirloin, spaghetti squash and my absolute favorite, BACON WRAPPED DATES! If you have never tried these delicious morsels, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR??? I have a feeling that they will be my saving grace! After work I went home to prepare my dinner before hitting the box. 
WOD time....
yuck~ I had less than zero energy and to do a 4 min AMRAP of the Bear Complex at 75# kicked the living shit out of me! For those of you that know me well, 75# Bear Complex should be cake!! I'm trying not to be too hard on myself but this energy BETTER improve!
Home for dinner... After coaching the 6:30 class it was finally time for dinner! YES! Dinner consisted of sauted zucchini and chicken cordon paleo (chicken wrapped with proscuitto and onion).  It was pretty yummy and even Dyan enjoyed it! Poor Trent is constantly starving and is seriously missing his beer and sweets (as am I).  Bedtime couldn't come soon enough, but first DUCK DYANASTY! (Best show EVER).  I made it to day 3, can't wait to see what today holds!
